      cool work environment, good people, nice perks. Not all the jobs are necessarily glamorous but with the right attitude can be a rewarding experience.

      Cons

      hours are scarce as a new hire, especially in off seasons. many managers are outside hires, don't always have a good grasp on how some departments function.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pros

      Fantastic Benefits, flexible schedule, and can be a fun atmosphere when the day is right. Job is physically easy and depending on the venue, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management's don't care about team members. Impossible to developed unless you personally know the hiring manger. While most guest are kind and keep to themselves, the rude guest do not have a problem disrespecting you and getting away with it.
