Pros

Access to rides, employee cafeteria, half day summer fridays, sneak peaks at upcoming events and new attractions

Cons

Management on the admin corporate side is well behind the times with regards to up to date technology for their staff. Upper management have no knowledge of what is going on in the park outside of dollars brought in on a weekly basis. Division leaders are focused on hiring friends to fill the desks so social hour can be enjoyed all day long. It took me as a FT employee 3 weeks to get network access to the digital servers to get and work on files. eMail account took only two weeks to be created and setup.

Pros

Fantastic Benefits, flexible schedule, and can be a fun atmosphere when the day is right. Job is physically easy and depending on the venue, great coworkers.

Cons

Management's don't care about team members. Impossible to developed unless you personally know the hiring manger. While most guest are kind and keep to themselves, the rude guest do not have a problem disrespecting you and getting away with it.
