Pros

Fun work environment, decent benefits, free entry to theme park, pay is fair for the work, organization got much better after Comcast took over

Cons

Poor communication, very few opportunities for advancement, unqualified and uneducated supervisors and management, extreme favoritism, you can work hard and have a great record but still see the worst employees get promotions while the best employees are overlooked, management have very fake personas, company is way too politically correct, company has a union busting culture - takes advantage of employees that don’t understand their rights and retaliates against employees that do, too many “high school” mentality coworkers, very lazy work ethic culture that sees coworkers with a good education that have good work ethic and work hard as a threat

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
