      unreachable commission poor leadership lack of social/human skills from upper management all politics for promotions and not based on skill at all. this job will stress you outside of work and inside of work.

      Pros

      They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

      Cons

      Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
