      People are so nice and competent. Unity culture is something I’ve never experienced before. Can’t be better.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
