Pros
The employee discount was great and I really can't think of anything else except there was one manager who was a real charmer and amazing at his job. Unfortunately when he left the store, the management team went to trash.
Cons
They only focused on the sales team getting better pay and better perks. The mangers say we are a team but different departments get treated very differently. Very biased work place and honestly the hiring managers don't know what they are doing and most of them don't know what they are doing. For goodness sakes, one of the managers was in school for criminal justice... But somehow kept getting promoted but the manager with real experience and an actual degree was getting the boot. Ridiculous. Although I'm sure the criminal justice lady was sucking major you-know-what to get higher up. Nice company but horrible management.
