Pros

You can get UA's overpriced product for 50% off, It's a good brand to have on the resume.

Cons

Terrible C-suite that micromanages every aspect of the business, leading to nothing much of anything getting done. VPs end up taking the blame even though they are handcuffed by incompetence above them. Junior level staff are taken advantage of, expected to work ridiculous hours, pick up slack caused by the constant turnover. No reward or promotion for doing that because "it is expected to take on more work". Promotions go to those in the "in crowd", doesn't matter about the quality of there work or there ability to perform at the next level. If you are friends with the right people, not a complete idiot, work 60-70 hours a week, and do it with the enthusiasm of a cult follower then you may be successful at Under Armour. Otherwise this is a terrible place to go. Don't listen to the recruiters who say to discount bad reviews, don't listen to them about bonus expectations. In a great year you may get your bonus target, in a really good year you will get 50-70%, in just a good year you may not get anything.
