Very Disappointed With Retail Practices and Upper Management - Manager Under Armour Employee Review

No support from corporate or upper management. Not open to new ideas to better store practices. They seem to be happy staying stagnant and not improving or evolving. For a company all about innovation in athletic wear, how they run their retail stores and drive their team is totally opposite. I started very excited for this company as they are a new, young brand. I ended up being very disappointed.
