Pros

You can get experience with a multi national organization. It’s probably not worth it though.

Cons

This was, without a doubt, the worst place I ever worked. I was lead to believe that everyone had a voice, that your feedback mattered and that you could change things if you cared enough. Nothing could be further from the truth. All anyone cares about is staying in power, advancing their own careers and keep you small and underpaid. If you’re not interested in keeping it that way, you’re done for. Oh, and don’t rock the boat, they will try to cold shoulder fire you... it gets really awkward when they realize you’re not going to leave because they’re too cheap to shell out any severance and they don’t want to take the risk to fire anyone ever. It’s basically every single toxic workplace stereotype you could ever hope for. Get used to worshiping at the altar of Kevin plank, if you don’t, you’re done for.
