Pros
The discounts are good, friendly atmosphere, extremely flexible schedules, and a great chance to move up in your career.
Cons
Management, at least in my store, plays favorites. They give hours to those they like and ignore the request of others. They expect you to be 6 people in one, and to finish up the days task in an hour, and they expect you to do so while they are standing around talking to other managers. Poor, poor management.
