Pros
None. There are no pros.
Cons
All! During the hiring process they don’t tell you the whole “game plan.” The job offer letter does not estates that you will NOT work at least 32hrs,, and there are not minimum working hrs. guaranteed. The position is not advertise as On Call or Part time but you will be on-call. You need 90 WORKING days to qualify for benefits, and working 1-2 days per week, or not work at all in a whole week, it’s gonna take you 7-8 months to qualify for benefits. You will have to wait years to get a permanent job position. The trucks are old and filthy, the gasoline smell makes you sick, they don’t enforce breaks and lunches (Owasso location), the employees well being is not a priority for this employer. Personally terrible experience, I regret working for this company, it may work for some but not for me.
