      Brand recognition. Looks good on resume. Decent benefits and time off for account reps

      Cons

      Work /life... long stressful hours. Low base salary. Lots of competition from the inside (other reps) consistent change in commission structure. Extreme amount of stress and pressure to meet numbers, this leads to dishonesty, false reporting, low morale . Careers opportunities based on who you know not talent or interest in development

      there are no pros I could think of about the job - the benefits are alright.

      Cons

      worst place I have ever worked - worst management and culture I have ever seen, most disrespectful, unprofessional leadership and micromanagement I have ever seen, finally got out and can smile again.
