Pros
Overtime is often available depending on under-staffing or upper management neglect. Benefits are very good - agreed with another review that employee responsibility is low compared to other employers not named UPS. Pay is OK if you have no aspiration of improving your lot in life.
Cons
Mass exodus of experienced Supervisors and Analysts the past handful of years either replaced with inadequate inter-company candidates, or positions not filled by attrition. New talent non-existent. Corporate Red-Tape allows change at a snail's pace.
