Decent place to work if system improves - Marketing Assistant UPL Employee Review

Weak system (Read HR) due to the following 3 reasons - 1. Personal space-time is often neglected. Erratic timings of meetings (saturdays and sundays are work driven. Meetings conducted post 7 PM. This is extremely toxic for personal time of any employee) 2. No career path is set for most of the roles. 3. Recognition of employee’s worth is poor. Also, these 2 practices are pulling this place down - Only people with great reach and connects make it to good positions and promotions. Leadership is sales driven and not strategically inclined towards marketing or brand development.
