      Good benefits Exciting work that is very important in the agricultural field Promotes training and uplifting of employees

      Company employs new manager with no understanding with the work at hand Manager only try and satisfy expectations of the higher-up reporting structure with total disregard of ground-level people doing the work. (The idiom Too many chiefs only one little indian comes to mind) Going the extra mile goes unnoticed - just do your job

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
