      1. HR and Technical panal members are present for the Interview. 2. Interview covers questions from basic to advance depending upon the subsequent answer we give. 3. Non tech questions are also asked by HR for selecting proper candidate

      Cons

      Location is a little bit far from main city a lot of time goes into traveling to and fro to the location

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
