      1. UPL provides a good opportunity for personal as well as professional growth by providing you soft skills and professional courses. 2. Work life balance is good. 3. New opportunities at every level. 4. At every level company challenge you to learn and upgrade your skills. which i think is necessary if you want to survive in private sector.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
