Pros
The Organisation has some good thing like The basic requirement ie. Food is free,safety of work place is improving ,Project completed withing time frame.
Cons
The organisation is good place to work but have some areas where we can improve further 1.Need to add leave reliever also in manpower Manning . 2. Global job level of Production employees should be in parallel with other dept.,production people has to handle more casuals (should be kept in mind) 3.Other facilities such as home loan subsidy,emergency loan ,emergency leave ,Sick leave separate accumulation year after year can be thought about.
