      Very agile, with the desire to grow, with low burocracy.

      Cons

      don't have clear policies yet. Don't have clear methods for the employee to reach a position. Not mature yet on promoting post graduation on the employees.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
