      Upl is most helpfull and my growth in upl

      Upl. My total experience in upl 6.2 year but i will not fell uncomfortable. Very helpful and better than another company. But by salary is low in agains my experience.

      Pros

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
