      Lots of opportunity to learn Very good growth for loyal employees, company has doubled itself every 5 years on an average Being in the crop protection and agriculture related industry, unaffected by general economic ups & downs, esp. the situation caused by the COVID

      Pace seems to be very fast Too much speed results in things getting disorganized and chaotic

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
