Pros

First most in-demand is focusing on your ability before start to working in this particular International Organization. It helps you to understand how this may influences on your working there for reviewing changes in your education, your abilities, how your lowest level of proficiency step by step increases. On the other hand it provides to you a chance to improve your writing structure and speaking skills.

Cons

Sometimes, counting and completing the budget form of the project for quarters. Narrative reports are too difficult, because I had organized meetings max 2 hours with Mobile group that contained 10 women. They provided rehabilitation services to children with mental and physical disabilities at community level. They told me relevant the processes and progresses of outlined above activities. I think, I faced challenges when I worked with much and different informations they have disseminated to me for completion of narrative report. I think, it is so enough challenges I can disseminate with you.

Pros

Working at the UN was an amazing experience, being able to take part in such a significant mission was great.

Cons

As I was not a full-time volunteer and was also responsible for fundraising in my territory, I felt that I did not receive the same treatment as the other volunteers. It was a challenging role and experience, and at times it felt like my well-being was not fully considered.
