      Meaningful work. The most international bunch of colleagues you can ever have. Travel to interesting places for work.

      Cons

      Work-life balance depends strongly on your boss. Zero benefits for a consultant and minimal job security even for a core role. Tedious process to become a full employee.

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
