Bureaucratic dysfunction, toxic workplace culture - Human Resources Business Partner UNICEF Employee Review

There are serious workplace culture issues at UNICEF that were identified by an independent task force in 2019 including abuse of authority, discrimination, etc. In the two years since, I have not seen serious efforts to address these issues. It also requires a certain personality and a lot of patience to function inside of a bureaucratic organization like UNICEF. In many ways, it is a dinosaur.
