      Excellent mandate, great job satisfaction, contributing to saving lives, reasonable freedom to do things you want to do

      Cons

      Many micro managers get promoted to leadership positions and dis-empower teams, at times processes overpower the mandate

      -great exposure to a UN agency with one of the strongest and clearest mandates

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
