If you love humanitarian work then you would be a good resource that UNICEF would appreciate, as this UN entitity continues the good fight of working with disadvantaged/vulnerable groups.

      Cons

      The turn around time in staff recruitment can cause UNICEF to lose great skill sets that could advance the work of the organisation.

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
