Benefits, highly standardized system which includes a secure benefits package such as medical insurance, annual leave, education, and dependents bonus. Especially competitive in a country like Lebanon where the currency is devalued at > 95%.
Cons
No room for change, the system is locked in with little wiggle room. Demands of the job are high and not always well-remunerated. No over-time.
