Pros
There is a variety of Health Insurance Plans to choose from, both HMO and PPO options. Once you select your plan, you get to choose you doctor from with in that network. The Vision plan is accepted almost everywhere as well as the Dental.
Cons
The co-pays and amount deducted from your check seem to go up every 2-3 years. You can't change Insurance plans when ever you want too. The opportunity to change is only once a year.
