      Pros

      flexibility, benefits, and time. There are a lot of time allowed to do you work, There is not a lot of work that was needed to be done immediately. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      time constraints, pay is low. The the cost of working there can be expensive, there is not lunch to eat in, so you have to go out for lunch everyday. The parking is also very expensive, I feel you shouldn't have to pay for parking to go to work.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      Working with students is satisfying and fulfilling. It also helps yourself retain information you have learned from past courses.

      Cons

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
