      The UC system offers great benefits.

      Poor management in general. There is a lot of red tap and there is a top down approach in the leadership structure.

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day
