Pros
My colleagues are really nice and friendly. My boss is extremely kind and understanding! And they have given me a great apartment and also given me a transportation ticket and monthly allowance, making life much easier while on a stressful job. They help me out whenever i am at a loss to understand something. Also i have noticed all the employees i met are working in hte company for atleast 15 to 20 years, which in way shows they are really happy working for TUV.
Cons
The language is a problem. In Germany you must have a good grip of german to work or train in the industry. This is beacause the technical guys at the workplace usually know very little english!
