Great vacation time because of the European parent company.
Cons
Management is extramly incopmetent. One exampel is the ANNUAL 4th quarter development freeze. If managament did their job Q1-Q3 this would not be an annual event. Uppermanagamet wastes an insane amount of money Q1-Q3 from $1k dinners to strip clubs to company cars for thise who do nothing to develop the business.
