Worst company I’ve ever worked for - Project Coordinator TÜV Rheinland Employee Review

There is no structure here. Employees love to bend the rules and work “flex hours” unapproved because some management is across the country and cannot keep a watchful eye on employees. HR doesn’t take their job seriously with reprimanding bad employees. No training is provided to new employees. Raises don’t ever happen. The entire company is setup so unstable with constant layoffs or firings. The company is slowly going under which they believe they can make up the funds in layoffs. I would never work here again. It was the most unstable, craziest company I’ve ever worked for.
