Pros
You get to work with E.D.F., good chance they will hire you after a few years. You do get a big bonus every year but that does not make up for the shortfalls.
Cons
no training, low pay, low responsibility, no structure, you are cheap labor. no promotional opportunities, you will need to find a new job. People do not take new Risktec employees seriously, leading to you only getting to do extremely unfulfilling work. No actual engineering.
