      The TPS team is largely made of local folks who are trying to do what is best for kids. The challenges are complex and societal and that has little bearing on the status of TPS as an employer.

      Cons

      Even though TPS is doing everything it can to do what is best for kids and teachers, the complex societal challenges make the work nearly unsustainable.
