      Pros

      Students and families are amazing and I enjoyed my time working with them. The pay was higher than smaller districts and lots of PD. Stipend opportunities available to those interested.

      Cons

      Lots of changing expectations and currently under microscope by state education entities. Stressful environment and high levels of involvement from higher ups.
