Many of the site Directors are very ghetto (loud and obnoxious). They lack skills to even manage a after school program such as computer skills, communications skills, leadership skills, etc., It reminded me of high school because they talked about their coworkers clothes, giving dirty looks, gossiping, and conducting themselves majority of the time in unprofessional manners.
