Technology - Anonymous employee Tulsa Public Schools Employee Review

The pay absolutely sucks. Leads, supervisors, management and above have no guts to stand up for their employees. New employees coming in make more than tenured employees with the same job title and YOU have to train them. No communication. Our Tier 1/Service Desk is full of incompetent people that can't even spell and make more money than they should. Constantly doing other people's jobs, even in different groups while the employees in those groups sit on their butts and do nothing.
