Pros
Good training, new hire class is in Tucson, owning the neighborhood class is taught by president of company and The manager trainer. Care about the customers, care about the 4 season protocol. The manager we have cares about us always helping us. He is always available call him for work or help us on our own things. He brings donuts sometimes burritos. Managers in other branches also are cool always having sodas chips and stuff for everyone one brings Costco pizza all the time. It's fun to work here. Contests in who does more work, games on who brings customers. Quality manager will do stops for you if you have no skips. Some managers are young and not coming from other companies. it's cool to see they give them a shot maybe I'll get a chance one day.
Cons
Upper management is mean and emotional. They pretend to be your friend one minute next minute they treat you like scum. They acts nice to customers and then bad mouths them when they are not around. You better not come back to the office upper management make you feel that you are ripping the company off if you come to office. Upper management treats managers bad to not just office people. I've seen them smile to our manager saying he is doing a great job then say stupid things as soon as manager can't hear him. He says bad things about everyone even the quality manager. Upper management forgets about branches. People talk about the corporate people that used to be here and how great they were but why they put people in charge that don't care about anyone just themselves.
