Pros
Some fleet upgrades have made improvements. Flexible, reasonable at times. New vacation structure gives newbies access to time off sooner.
Cons
Not paid for commissioned earned. Not paid for inspections. Not paid approved PTO. Branch physical structures are falling apart, ceilings falling in, some have mold issues. Lack of focus on paying technicians properly, leaves techs disgruntled, not performing well, thus sales being canceled or refunded due to poor service, again, cutting sales pay. Lack of communication and no real clear direction from management. Poor operations processes cause delays in pay, if at all paid. High turnover, was supposed to be addressed through new fundamentals, however, got worse, not better.
