      Pros

      I thought there were pros, but in the long run there’s not.

      Cons

      Family owned means family ran. Meaning if you’re not part of the corporate team your opinion doesn’t matter. Even made a formal complaint to HR and nothing happened. Didn’t even get a call back. Everything gets swept under the rug unless they want to get rid of you. And if you don’t conform they will get rid of you. Don’t believe the good reviews either.

      Pros

      Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

      Cons

      I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there
