      Truly Nolen is always working on creating advancement opportunities. I have worked here for a long and never thought of my self as a manager, but Truly Nolen created a new management position that was perfect for my next challenge, it is a lot of fun learning and growing the new job position.

      Some times the communication of new things is confusing or non-existent

      Pros

      Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

      Cons

      I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there
