Pros
Tuly Nolen values hard work and living the core values. People who disagree are people who couldn't uphold the standards that are clearly stated from day 1 of employment. Training is second to none. The communication within the company is awesome IF you make an effort to establish relationships and aren't too scared to reach out and communicate or ask for help, that includes Truly himself, our president, any VP, and Executive, other DMs, Branch Managers, or anyone else you can think of, JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND ASK, no one can read your mind. Everyone is open to suggestions if you speak HONESTLY AND RESPECTFULLY, oh wait, isn't that one of the TN core values (open and respectful 2 way communication)? They have fun and support having fun, I know of many branches and may have of my own who have purchased ping pong tables, couches, arcade basketball, food, and this list can go on and on. They support a work hard play hard philosophy. They encourage team work and pride in what you do. They reward not only results, but EFFORTS and good behaviors.
Cons
The people that leave trash talk Truly Nolen for not being able to uphold the standards the company sets. This seems like it's not a company or even industry issue, it's an issue with people expecting to get more out of the company than the effort and work they have or are willing to put in.
