Pros

Can not think of any.

Cons

This company is the worst. There are managers that have no experience being managers, nor do they have the knowledge to be a good leader and/or manager. They claim to have the best culture in the industry but in actuality, their culture is they have no culture. It's a COMPANY FIRST environment. There are many people who are in the office but no one knows what they do. If you make a mistake, depending on your role, you could have up to 4 "managers" be sure to tell you what you did wrong. (Not joking). I believe there are so many "managers" who don't know how to be leaders or manage people, that they are misleading or hiding things from the CEO, Scarlett Nolen. When she walks into a training, new hire orientation, or large group meeting, the managers kiss her behind so obviously. You can see the change in their posture, tone, and expressions when she is around. They've got no clue how to train, treat new hires, or motivate. You get to keep your job. Finally, their employee turnover rate has got to be near 60-80%. Branch managers don't last more than 3 yrs. They push for more sales, increase quotas, call ridiculous amounts of meetings, yet don't supply the tools to help you be successful.

Pros

Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

Cons

I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there

Pros

Great culture — they truly get behind you when it comes to developing both yourself and your team. There’s a strong focus on leadership and on being a leader in their field. If you are self‑driven and have a strong moral compass, you will thrive at Truly Nolen alongside like‑minded people.

Cons

Compensation is not highly competitive, though the company does invest in development. Stronger leadership and quicker action are needed to prevent toxic behavior from impacting teams.
