      Clear review structure Reliable employment Good entry-level position, especially right out of college Opportunity for mobility throughout the company

      Cons

      Partially friendly to remote work but only if you have a medical/family/distance from an office reason. Company looking to save money wherever they can. Variable experience depending on which team you are on -- some are great because of management, some are disorganized and stressful.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
