The potential growth of the company. The feed back and direct training. The people are amazing! The company environment & recourses. I may be biting off of the last one. Seems that way, anyway.
Cons
The drama in the work place right now is it appears that our co-CEO Liz Elting wants to get bought at a ridiculously high price and is making everyone's lives miserable until she get's what she wants. It is unbelievable that this co-ceo has had so little involvement with any aspect of business, and just flings baseless attacks at the staff. The real reason the court is involved in any way is to control Liz’s behavior in the office, which is at times violent at times. Fortunately because Liz is not actually active in company management, the company continues to enjoys great success. Elting should realize how lucky she has it, and take reasonable sum to exit the business. Instead, she litigates endlessly with false headline-grabbing accusations to try to pressure and blackmail the company. Thank god her plan is failing miserably. Other than Liz Elting creating trouble, TPT is a wonderful place to work
