Absolutely nothing left which is a pro, honestly speaking.
Cons
- previously there were SOME good things about TPT, and colleagues were definitely in the top 2-3. Not anymore, colleagues have become brainwashed into turning against their peers in order to achieve a higher job count/ revenue. It's disgusting, and people are way more intense. A few years ago there was a pleasant office atmosphere, now things have become beyond awful- uncomfortable and downright draining. - Finances, money is terrible, they make fake promises but can't keep up with it - CONSTANTLY picking at your flaws. Every. Single. Day. But you could work late hours which wouldn't cross their their minds- but the moment you step a tiny foot wrong, they'll ensure it's VERY CLEAR you made a mess and you're in the bad books. - Company culture is non-existent, but they err 'try' - Bullying culture where you're made to feel uncomfortable, they want you to truly believe, you are not capable and that you will never be enough in life. I'm not joking, the seniors are laughing with their cliquey behaviour spending their tonnes of $$$ prancing around looking down on the paupers
