      Great colleagues and encouraging peers. Good working location. Young and dynamic environment. That's about it.

      Cons

      Long hours and underpaid. Lack of support from management. Insufficient medical benefits. No dental claims available. Lack of proper HR system.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
