Pros
Diverse culture context and it seems they are organized in allot of ways when it comes to recruiting people and getting them on board.
Cons
They do not have a good testing system to evaluate solid candidates who may have other life challenges. That is they do not seem to consider the human factors that can effect testing. Their teachers may be hung up on themselves and not care weather the students do well or not. This is not to say this is all instruction. But I feel that the other people do seem to care about the employees. If you have another job or are a single parent trying to give two weeks notice of fit it in. Make sure you get a teacher that is not insecure or who has low self concept and hurts students with talent when able. That is a teacher that competes with students
