Pros

Lifelong friendships made through the struggle this company puts you through

Cons

Impossible goals to reach Being called out if you hadn't reached your goals even though you're not taking lunch breaks and staying late at work. Impossible goals are impossible Your employees are crying in the stairwell or in bathrooms from the pressure. The situation is the same as precovid, the stress is too much In 2021 virtually everyone got a demotion, all Senior PMs demoted to PMs whilst the business was shouting how they're acquiring new business in dubai, etc, and how they've hit the first billion. The business doesn't care about employees, they only care about working you to the bone If you want to get a raise you'll be laughed in your face. Quarterly bonuses "should" make up for the lack of actual money you get. Don't worry, they'll put the pin in your bonus or your raise if you ever get promoted as soon as they think they need some extra reserves. Incompetent people everywhere, anyone can be a manager as long as they say they want to be, so incompetent people with zero peoples skills start managing teams, making everyone hate their work life Overall, working here is a joke. Beware, they're on the hunt for fresh graduates that are to naive and gullable to say no because they will abuse you. It's just the culture.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
